What makes us different from other companies is the fact that we have a focus to help people within teams get back to a relational eye-to-eye contact with one another. It is very clear that even though innovative technology has really helped us to improve our efficiency, and in certain ways our effectiveness, the one primary downside that came with that innovation technology, is the fact that it allowed people over time, to disconnect. There was therefore no more need to actually look each other in the eye when decisions of importance had to be made and when alignment was to be achieved.
So what we do is lay a foundational relational connection. We acknowledge innovative technology, we are not against it, we work with it, but the one critical thing that is found lacking is the actual eye-to-eye relational connection.
